Marilyn has helped design and facilitate customized solutions for leadership, management development, customer service, sales strategies, team building and time mastery. She uses proven strategies and best practices to help clients optimize their personal and professional success. Marilyn has achieved the certified human resources professional (CHRP) designation as well as certifications in adult education, instructional design, facilitation, communications and organizational development. She is a Wiley certified DiSC® trainer, and an active member of the Human Resources Professional Association.

Michael’s coaching and training work centers around increasing employee engagement, driving team performance, and challenging leaders to create healthier and happier organizations, especially in sales. Michael is a graduate of the Center for Executive Coaching and is certified by the ICF as a Professional Certified Coach. He is a certified Corporate Speaker, a PXT Select Certified Professional, an authorized distributor of DiSC assessments, and a certified facilitator of the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team program. Michael holds a BS in Advertising.

With a background in teaching language arts to people of all ages, Jeanie specializes in applying business English concisely. She has practiced her writing and editing skills in a wide variety of organizational types, including the legal setting. Her career in city government has made her an expert in training, documenting procedures, and customer relations in the public sector. Her focus is on developing effective learning materials that help adults succeed in their work. She has a Bachelor’s in English and a Master’s in Adult Education.
