Good! This one hour five-module program is designed to help. The Everything DiSC Workplace Profile is all about you and your work environment. The program does assume you have completed the online self-assessment resulting in the Everything DiSC Workplace Profile. “DiSC” is a popular self-assessment tool to help improve relational productivity. And the DiSC Workplace Profile specifically helps you understand how to improve your relationships with others by changing your approach—in an a smart way.
In the first module, you will be guided through the DiSC Model and Workplace Profile by
narrator Jill McGillen, a DiSC certified instructor and owner of NEXT TURN, a training company. In Modules 2-3 you will watch engaging videos to learn people-reading skills. Thought provoking questions will provide guidance on adapting for the best results. Module 4 will allow you to measure your understanding of what you have learned. In the last Module 5, you will be invited to create your own personalized action plan to create effective relationships and offered a variety of ways to continue and increase your use of this valuable workplace tool with further resources.
If you have completed a class using this profile, this e-learning program will be an excellent refresher. If you have not yet been introduced to the profile, you should learn many new useful strategies that will help you to be more effective at work.

- Have a copy of your Everything DiSC Workplace Profile handy while going through the online training program.
